Viktor&Rolf is a fashion house started in 1993 by fashion artists Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren. Their spring 2023 collection for women took the cake at Paris fashion week. Modern fashion is like a clown car: you never know what crazy thing will come next. From neon-colored hair to clothes that look made out of garbage bags to people wearing other people, it's clear that you have to be a special kind of crazy to keep up with it all. But at least it keeps things interesting! It will be okay if you see your coworkers or friends wearing a tutu and galoshes. Anything goes in the world of fashion.
