If you've ever spent a day at the beach doing nothing, you've probably made at least one sand castle. You might have even tried to make something more elaborate by burying your friend and making them look like a mermaid. No matter what, Andoni Bastarrika is better than you at making sand sculptures. The man can make sand animals that look so real that they could get up and walk away at any moment.
The man told Bored Panda that he started making sand sculptures about ten years ago. He made a little mermaid with his two daughters at the beach. He says that was when he realized something about the "fluidity" of his hands. Andoni told us, "They knew what they were doing." "I made it my mission to improve this talent, and I've been doing that for the last 10 years.
