Seeing is believing, so you have to agree with that. Nobody would have thought that a man who used to be so fat could change his body into such a great shape now. The only way to believe this is to see it. This is Sam Rouen, who won "The Biggest Loser" back in 2008. At the time, 154 kg was his weight. You can meet him now. He has become an attractive young man with a great body during the last ten years. It looks like Sam is now a fireman. Because of his determination, you have to admire this man. If Sam can do it, you can do it too. Fat people can always find help.
