These 35 women ignored online criticism and proved that every body is bikini-body

To get "beach ready" and develop the ideal "bikini body," people are packing the gyms and pounding the pavement as summer approaches. Although encouraging people to exercise is generally a good idea, are their summer body goals healthy?

These women remind us that everybody is a bikini body if you wear a bikini, regardless of size or body type, and that everyone is always ready for the beach. We heard from Chelsea Duarte, also known as Cococurve, in the list below. She says, "A bikini body is typically a goal for most women, and they differ greatly because women are pleased being all different shapes and sizes." "Your standard magazine-perfect body is typically the first consideration when attempting to get in shape for the summer, but that's not something all women want or can achieve. Despite my enormous, plus-sized figure, I have solid inner confidence when wearing a bikini.

"I believe that every female struggles with body confidence as they get older, but I vowed to myself at a young age never to dislike myself. I respect myself and always adore the state my body takes. I don't despise my appearance, and I don't tolerate negativity. I don't adhere to the social media-portrayed beauty trends. I can change, but I'm content with who I am. Young girls won't look at me and want to be my size, but if they see someone like me doing it, they might learn to appreciate and accept their inherent beauty sooner.

With a wide range of plus-size apparel now available and plus-size models urging women to accept their curves, the fashion industry is developing and becoming more inclusive. The options and freedom to express oneself inspire Chelsea. She chose to treat her body like a flower emerging from a root since she has learned to appreciate herself through the years. She advised us, "You must look after it, feed it to grow, let the elements take charge, and always respect the time it takes to become something special truly." "Self-hatred simply produces greater hatred. Does it matter how your body is shaped or how much of your weight is supported by the ground? You are who you are because of your heart.

Join Chelsea and these other powerful women as they discuss why merely wearing a bikini is not a sign of bravery. Why cellulite, stretch marks, and skin issues are all characteristics of being a person, and nobody should feel the need to hide these characteristics for the benefit of others. This summer, head to the beach feeling happy and confident.
