Benjaphorn "Sine" Chetsadakan, a Thai social media star, is not your average cosplayer. We found out about her last year. Her signature designs have one thing in common that makes them tasty: food. Three years ago, the plus-size model caught the attention of the internet when she copied Thai actress Araya "Chompoo" Hargate's red carpet look from the Cannes Film Festival using bags of prawn crackers from her mother's store. From there, Sine's popularity has only grown, and she now has 133k Instagram followers.
The Thai food designer, who is 22 years old, started making funny videos to promote her plus-size clothing shop. "At first, I wanted to be a role model for big-sized women. I wanted to show that anyone, including me, could create a beautiful outfit. So at first, the looks I made were for everyday wear, and it grew from there," she said in an interview with Coconuts Bangkok.
